Responsibility to publish
Authors must have the rights required to publish content on NoctMuse. Publishing someone else's work without permission is prohibited.
Provenance records
NoctMuse may retain publication timestamps, revision information and SHA-256 content digests as platform history evidence. These records are not official registration or legal proof of copyright ownership.
Report, review and takedown
Copyright reports can be submitted in the app or by support email. A report is not an automatic finding of infringement or an automatic takedown. Information is reviewed, and access may be restricted or content removed where appropriate.
Appeals
An author affected by a decision may appeal by providing the requested explanation and evidence. Appeals are reviewed in light of new information; no particular outcome is guaranteed.
